1) You have 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions.
2) View your order history in the Walmart app or at Walmart.com and select “Return” or “Replace” for each item and provide a reason for the return.
3) You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item.
4) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
5) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
