1) Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date.
2) You can also choose to return your item for an E-Gift Card. By choosing this option we will waive the return label fee of $9.99.
3) To return your item for an E-Gift Card, simply select the E-Gift Card option at the final step of our return's process within the Return's Portal.
4) Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
5) It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
6) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
7) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
