We are able to make cancellations depending on the situation and the customer can receive a full refund. a) Passing of a second-degree relative (please provide the Death Certificate and proof of relationship). b) Terminal illness of a second-degree relative (please provide the Medical Certificate and proof of relationship). c) Significant natural disaster in a destination that prevents tour from departing. d) Flight cancellations or delays (please provide evidence of cancellation or delay).
2) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
3) Awarding of cashback or points will be done after the booking or travel activity has been consumed.
4) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
