1) If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
2) All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unworn and in saleable condition.
3) Returned merchandise should include all packaging. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
4) All return packages must have the RA# clearly written/placed on the return package.
5) To arrange an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department directly. A new order for the new item must be placed on the Gabriel website within 30 days of the original purchase.
6) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
