1) Order cancellation for local and international shipments can only be made if the payment has not been successfully confirmed
2) If you made the payment, you must make a cancellation request three days before the delivery date. A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than three days' notices
3) Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as an order withheld, and no refund will be made. However, FlowerAdvisor will contact you to make an alternative arrangement
4) Changes to particulars such as an address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery
5) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
