1) All bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
2) Guests with disrupted flights may be given the option to refund their flight, based on our Customer Service Plan, which is aligned with the Philippine Air Passenger Bill of Rights.
3) Guests are eligible for a refund if the flight was canceled by Cebu Pacific or if it’s delayed by at least three (3) hours and you have not yet rebooked or converted the flight to Travel Fund at the time of cancelation.
4) If you have encountered offloading during immigration and errors in payment or your booking experience, Charlie, your Cebu Pacific assistant, may also help you with your concerns.
