1) To qualify for cash back/points, you must complete your purchase within the same session in which you begin the purchase without leaving your browser.
2) Opening a new tab or returning later will result in a cash back/points that will not be tracked.
3) Products that are not eligible for cash back/points are Apple Vision Pro, all Apple Vision Pro accessories, Apple Pro Display XDR, gift cards, Apple Developer Programs, AppleCare+ (sold separately) and shipping.
4) For service orders, Apple will service your Apple product as described to you for the estimated charges stated, unless such charges are revised with your prior oral or written consent. Unless otherwise stated, Apple will provide repair or replacement services to address a defect in the materials or workmanship of a product.
5) To cancel an order or item, visit online Order Status, and click the View Orders button. From the Your Orders page, find the item you want to cancel and click the Cancel items link.
6) If you are unable to cancel item(s) online, please contact an Apple Online Store representative at Help page or call 1800-1651-0525 (Smart / PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe).
7) For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by Apple's Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
8) Eligible only for one customer for up to five (5) units per eligible product, except iPhone, in which case only two (2) units within a thirty-day (30-day) period are eligible.
