Merchant Terms

1. If your train is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you can claim compensation directly from the Rail Operator shown on your ticket.
2. Compensation may not be paid if: the disruption was notified in advance, or an emergency timetable was in operation or the delay factors are out of the rail industry's control.
3. Advance tickets are only valid on the date and time shown on the ticket.
4. When using our booking services you shall not use an invalid bank card or account, or a bank card or account that you are not authorized to use. or Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
5. Cashback or points will be awarded 90 days after the booking or travel activity has been consumed.
