1. Returns for StockX Credit are available only for eligible items, which is determined based on the exact product and size.
2. If your item is return eligible, it will be labeled “14 Day Return” on the item’s product page at the time of purchase as well as in your Buying History in your Account Profile.
3. Every item sold goes through our proprietary, multi-step Verification process, or comes directly from a StockX Verified Seller who has met StockX’s rigorous standards for condition, safety, and security.
4. Our real-time marketplace works just like the stock market – allowing you to buy and sell the most coveted items at their true market price.
5. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
