Merchant Terms

1. To return your items, go to the nearest The SM Store branch..
2. You will have the option of receiving a credit voucher that can be used at The SM Store to purchase a replacement of the item you have, or if the item is not available in the store, other item/s.
3. The credit voucher is valid for 30 days, where the first day is the date of issuance.
4. If you paid for your item via credit card or e-Wallet, you may also choose to have the charges reversed. However, this may take 3 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on your issuing bank.
5. ShopSM reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the quantities sold in the Platform, to cancel any order at any time, and/or to refuse sale or service to any customer.
6. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
