Merchant Terms

1. Receive a PHP 10,000/employee referral fee for the first year and every subsequent year that your referral remains employed by Penbrothers. Payments will be PHP 2,500 every quarter.
2. Get rewards for every unique valid and APPROVED referral.
3. Only complete and valid referrals will be entertained and eligible for cashback rewards.
4. Cashback rewards is still subject to tax and other necessary fees.
5. Reward is only applicable for the first year
6. Reward is 4.5% commission of the $450 management of each hire for the first year. Average headcount per client each year is 2.
