Merchant Terms

1. Onebioshop accepts returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.
2. For a return to be possible, the product must be in the same condition
3. You can open the return procedure within 14 days from receipt of the goods the customer.
4. In case of change of mind (It applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the wrong size, or in case of change of mind), the Customer can return the products at their expenses, and it is the responsibility of the buyer in producing the return label.
5. For products with problems, damaged by the courier or with other problems within 14 days of receiving the goods, the return is at the company.
