Merchant Terms

1. Anyone can purchase and use Jetpac, as long as you have an eSIM-enabled phone.
2. Please ensure that your phone is unlocked before purchasing a Jetpac eSIM. Only unlocked phones are compatible with eSIMs.
3. You'll be prompted to download your Jetpac eSIM immediately after purchase. Once downloaded, remember to turn on data roaming in your phone settings so that your eSIM can latch onto an allowed network once you're overseas.
4. Your data pack is valid for 3 months post the purchase date! It will be activated once you connect to a network overseas, and the data pack will last for the duration of its validity. So, pro tip: install your eSIM first, but keep it turned off until you land.
5. Jetpac does not allow text messages with the eSIM. However, you can still send text messages via the social messaging platforms like WhatsApp with our eSIM mobile data.
6. Jetpac offers refunds if you can't install and use the eSIM due to a technical issue, but not if you have an incompatible phone or simply change your mind. To get a refund, you must contact their customer support within 30 days of purchase, and they will try to resolve the issue before processing the refund.
7. Awarding of cashback or points will be done after the booking or travel activity has been consumed.
8. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
