Merchant Terms

1. Products purchased from Hostinger may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
2. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
3. Any products or services that were suspended, canceled, or terminated due to the abusive usage of the products, services, or any other violation of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.
4. Hostinger provides refunds to the original funding source. But if you would like to use funds to purchase another Hostinger service instantly, you can select a refund to your Hostinger Balance. Please note that once a refund to Hostinger Balance is initiated for a selected invoice, it becomes irrevocable and cannot be refunded to a different source.
5. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
