Merchant Terms

1. Globe reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion, and is not obligated to disclose reasons for denial.
2. Customers must provide truthful and accurate information during the application process.
3. Refunds for canceled installations may be available if the cancellation is solely due to Globe's fault.
4. Cancellations due to incorrect information provided by the customer or personal reasons (change of mind, address change) are generally not eligible for refunds.
5. Installation fees may apply and can be amortized over a set number of months or waived under certain promotions.
6. Sign-up is required for cashback.
7. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
