Merchant Terms

1. Cashback will only be approved for applications that result in a successful installation
2. There is a one-time installation fee worth One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos (P1,499)
3. The one-time installation fee will be paid upfront during the checkout process.
4. GFiber Prepaid installation is subject to area serviceability.
5. Customers whose installation is cancelled due to reasons solely attributed to Globe shall be eligible for a full refund within 24 hours.
6. Customers whose installation is cancelled due to incorrect information provided by the customer upon application is considered a customer-related cancellation and shall NOT be eligible for a refund.
7. Globe reserves the right to approve or deny any requests for a refund.
