1. If you need to cancel a subscription, you can do so through your device's app store or desktop settings to avoid future charges.
2. To get a CapCut refund, you must go through the platform where you made the purchase, either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as CapCut does not handle refunds directly.
3. You may be eligible for a full refund for an accidental subscription if you have not used the premium services and have had the subscription for less than 14 days.
