1. In order to facilitate contacting you to help you solve problems we may save your communication with us, communication/call records and related content (including account information, order information, you other information provided by the facts, or the contact information you leave).
2. We will use your account information and order information if you have inquiries, complaints or suggestions regarding specific orders.
3. To make a return, Go to My Taobao 我的淘宝 in the menu at the top of the Taobao homepage. In the drop-down menu, click on Previous Purchases 已买到的宝贝.
4. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
