Merchant Terms

1. When purchasing your license, simply select how many devices you want to protect. During your license period, you can protect any combination of device types up to the total number of devices your license covers.
2. Download orders are fulfilled immediately and cannot be cancelled. To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the request a refund option to submit your request.
3. You download the software straight from our website. Simply complete your payment order and the download link will appear on the order confirmation page. The same download link will also be sent to you in an order confirmation email.
4. Please note you will need an activation code to install your security software – and this is found on the order confirmation page, or in your order confirmation email.
5. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
