2. The reservation is considered binding when it is confirmed and you have received a reservation number.
3. When making a reservation, you must provide the following information: name, address, arrival and departure dates, and payment method. Different prices have different rules, see detailed price information.
4. A room reservation can only be made by a person over the age of 18. The person booking a room for a minor is responsible for the minor, regardless of whether he stays in the same room or not.
5. The guardian or parent of a minor traveling without a guardian or parent must contact the hotel before the minor is accommodated and fill out the permission certificate below for the minor staying at the hotel.
6. Children under the age of 16 cannot stay alone in the hotel.
7. Refunded bookings are not eligible for cashback/rewards.
