Merchant Terms

1. You can return any product purchased at the Giuseppe Zanotti Online Store and get a refund. Return shipping is free. 
2. You must ship the product you intend to return to us within 30 days of its delivery date. After 30 days from their delivery, the products can no longer be returned.
3. It is only possible to change the size of the same product on the Returns and Exchanges Online page. It is not possible to change the model and color.
4. The labels attached to the products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase or purchases. If the labels have been removed, the products will not be accepted as a return. 
5. We cannot accept returns of products purchased at Giuseppe Zanotti boutiques or retailers and products purchased on GiuseppeZanotti.com cannot be returned elsewhere.
6. Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
7. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
