Merchant Terms

1. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in store.
2. Gap currently does not support international shipping.
3. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
4. Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
5. New sunglasses may be returned within 45 days if accompanied by the original receipt and complimentary case, with tags attached. Defective sunglasses can be returned at any time.
6. Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
7. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
