Merchant Terms

1. All returns and exchanges must be made through Happy Returns.
2. Returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days of receiving your order.
3. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.
4. Monogrammed and engraved items, cosmetics, hair accessories, gift cards, items purchased on final sale, and other select items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
5. Sale merchandise ending in .98 is final sale or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Items purchased online for pick up in a Draper James store location (buy online, pick up in store) can only be returned or exchanged in person at a Draper James store.
7. Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
8. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
