Merchant Terms

1. If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 45 days of the receipt of the parcel.
2. If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact customercare@bluebella.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement.
3. If you have any questions about returning your goods please contact customercare@bluebella.com.
4. Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
5. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
