1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Returns purchased from Bad Boy must be initiated within 3 days of being delivered.
4. Returns from ALPHABETDEAL.COM Direct that have required a scheduled delivery must be initiated within 7 days of being delivered.
5. Returns for other furniture requiring a scheduled delivery time can only be returned within 30 days of shipping date.
6. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
